Our Custom Home Building Process

1. Exploration

Once you contact our team to discuss custom home building, we will explore your vision. This includes outlining project budgeting, site location, timeline expectations and any other logistical questions such as zoning laws or local regulations. 

2. Design Collaboration

In this phase, we aim to finalize your custom home’s design through collaborating with you to finalize your desired layout, finishes and amenities. You are welcome to make one of our plan designs your own, or we can create a complete new design from scratch for you and your family. 

3. Construction

With your home design completed, we can now begin construction. Our team of professionals will breathe life into your new home with excellent craftsmanship and meticulous finishes. In this stage, we ensure full transparency on project progress by providing regular updates on your home.

4. Enjoy Your Dream Home

As the home is completed and all post-construction objectives are met, we will welcome you and your family to your new home finished with all of the amenities and features you have hand-selected.

Randal H. Simmons, a third-generation builder, has been a licensed professional since 1984. Throughout his career, he has constructed over 1,400 homes, with some valued at over $5 million.
