Our process

Exploration
In order to begin your home building journey, we will get in touch with you to map out your ideal timeline, budget, location and other logistics. We take our time to fully understand your vision and create a comprehensive strategy for your home.
If you have a custom design you would like to pursue, we will assist in fleshing out the concept into a comprehensive whole home plan. If you enjoy one of our designed home plans, we will discuss any modifications and style preferences you would like to see.

Design Finalization
With a strong understanding of your vision, we will set out to finalize your new home design. The final product will include style choices, floor plan, and a comprehensive idea of cost and labor needs.
Our team provides guidance on financing, custom home selections, and more. We will additionally conduct a pre-construction meeting to cover the plan in thorough detail.

Construction
With plans in place, it’s time to begin bringing your luxury home to life. With our trusted, licensed and insured team of experts, we will set out to put your plan into motion.
One of our core values is transparency, and we will keep you fully informed on project progress through all stages of your home’s construction.
